The first bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom also comes with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds (two twin beds on each). There is a loft with a twin bed and a bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom). There is a double sofa sleeper and single sofa sleeper available for three extra people.
