The kitchen is nicely equipped and the dining area has two dining room tables. One table is set up for six guests, the other is set up for four. There are three queen beds upstairs and three queen beds downstairs. There is also a futon upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed with double size mattress on the bottom and a twin size mattress on the top. Another room has two twin beds. This house also comes with a washer and dryer, grill, four cable TVs, and two VCRs.
