The second floor holds all the living areas, plus one bedroom, and 1.5 baths. The fully equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a large dining room area. There is a private kidney shaped pool, a wooden cabana with a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and hot tub.
