The third floor has a fully equipped kitchen. It is located with Corian counters, a breakfast area that seats four, and a bar area that seats three with beautiful ocean views. The dining room has a large table that seat ten with an ocean view. The spacious living room has two large sofas, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, and a slider door to the balcony. The fifth bedroom is on this floor and features a Queen bed, TV, VCR, slider to front balcony with an ocean view and a private bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The Master bedroom is located another eight steps up on the fourth floor. It has a king bed, TV, a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and wonderful ocean views. *Pool and spa may be heated upon request for an additional fee.
