The great room is a high-ceiling room which encompasses a nice seating area around the river rock fireplace as well as a game table, and the dining area. There is a river rock gas-igniting wood fireplace and a TV with VCR. To accommodate groups with adults and children, one of the bedrooms is set up with a second TV and VCR for the children.

Lane Ranch is a traffic-restricted community, and this home is about three-fourths of a mile from the River Run ski lifts and Ketchum. It is about three or four blocks to the Ketchum KART bus stop where you can pick up a bus to the lifts. Distance to central Ketchum is about a mile. The bike path goes by the entrance to Lane Ranch, about four blocks away, and that is approximately where the clubhouse, with hot tub and summer swimming pool, are located.
