Hodgepodge Cottage is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home just one block from the beach.  This lovely home is in excellent condition and has all the comforts of home.  Hodgepodge Cottage is a unique floor plan built out of twin pods that make this one story Cottage feel spacious and roomy.   Hammocked in foliage gives you a nice sense of privacy.  Hodgepodge Cottage also has wrap around decks around the whole cottage and a large screened in barbeque area below the home.  The home is situated with the Master bedroom in the east pod next to the kitchen and the second, third bedrooms with separate den in the west pod.  Centered is a lovely spacious living are with french doors for lovely light.Also, pilots are welcome, an airstrip membership to the local airstrip is included.  Pets ok!
