Snail's Pace is a brand new island retreat that is only a short walk from either the beaches or a quaint resort area. Your view of the sunsets over the gulf from the oversized screen porch on the third level is spectacular. Stargaze (or bird watch) from the open deck.In keeping with our philosophy while on "North Cap" we have furnished our three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home to meet our needs for a pleasant sojourn. We trust it will meet with yours. We pledge that a portion of your rental fee will be applied as a contribution to The Nature Conservancy in our effort to preserve other places such as this.Typical of many of the island homes it follows the "upside down plan," i.e., the bedrooms are on the first floor, the living area on the second.

Each of our rental properties include our Resort package;  which provides use of a golf cart for your island use, Olympic and Lap size heated swimming pools,  pool bar, har-tru tennis courts,  fitness center with steam and sauna, kids Club,  restaurants, a small convenience  store,  complimentary use of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. We have several powerboats available deck boats and center console, as well as Guided wave runner tours.
