The house is fully air conditioned and has a game room with a pool table, foosball table and air hockey. The house leads onto a shaded lanai with tables, chairs, and a barbecue grill. Beyond is a screened deck area with a heated, south-facing, 30-foot pool and spa with sun loungers, overlooking a lake and a wooded conservation area.

Each bedroom has a TV (the 3 master bedrooms also have DVDs). The family room has a large 51 inch wide screen TV, Home Theatre, DVD and VCR. The living room has yet another TV with a Playstation 2 and games. If you want to keep in touch with friends and family at home, we provide you with free unlimited international and long distance phone calls. The family room has a magnificent cathedral ceiling which gives a wonderful feeling of spacious luxury.

 Emerald Island is built with a walking/jogging/biking trail. There is a clubhouse with a heated community pool and spa, sauna, fitness centre, club room, video game room, and computer room with internet access. Facilities also include tennis courts, and a tiki hut. The management company for our house is based two-minute drive away in Formosa Gardens Plaza. There are several highly regarded golf courses within a very short drive. In addition to Disney World, attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure are easily accessed via the I-4 junction and are just minutes away from the house. Kennedy Space Centre is an hour's drive.
