This beautiful air-conditioned home, can sleep up to 10 people in two queen-sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with a queen size sofa bed in the lounge. The spacious lounge with comfortable sofas has cable TV with 98 channels, a DVD player with movies, a PlayStation 2 System and a Hi-Fi Stereo with CD`s supplied. There are two en-suite bathrooms and a third shared between the twin rooms. One of the bathrooms doubles as a useful shower room and toilet with access from the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, which leads to the dining room with views over the peaceful Calabay Parc community. In addition, there is a separate utility room with a full size washer and dryer. There is plenty of room for sunbathing on the patio furniture supplied or simply relax and have a cool drink under the shaded lanai with ceiling fan. The pool is also surrounded by a child safety fence for your family`s convenience.
