Sevilla is a brand new two-story four bedroom home with fine furnishings and decor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, linens and towels and spacious living room. Entertainment in the living area is provided by a flat widescreen TV with cable channels, a DVD surround sound system and a DVD recorder. There are two master bedroom suites (one King and one Queen) with en-suite facilities and a further two twin-bedded rooms with a shared family bathroom. All the bedrooms offer very generous storage spaces or walk-in closets and are equipped with a TV with cable channels and a DVD player. Guests have full access to our Concierge and Cyber café located at our office. Out on the patio, guests can enjoy views of the woodland area whilst dining, swimming in the pool or relaxing in the spa. The pool area is screened-in. A two car garage is also available for use.

Surrounding Description

Sandy Ridge, Davenport is a new vacation community set within lush conservation and is ideally situated within easy reach of the popular Central Florida theme parks and attractions. This nicely landscaped community also has its own kiddies play area for those "little ones" who still have plenty of energy after a day at the theme parks. It is within a few minutes drive of the popular Champions Gate Golfing Resort offering some great championship courses to suit all handicaps. A supermarket, shopping strip and some fine restaurants are also minutes away.

Being close to great routes such as Interstate 4 and Hwy 192 makes planning those all important days out to parks or shopping that much easier. There's all the Disney Attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and the main shopping malls all at your fingertips. Florida's beautiful coastline is also within easy reach and has many great beaches to offer, from the quiet white sands of St Pete's to the fast pace of Clearwater, and with one of the closest (Cocoa Beach) being just over an hour's drive away, they are definitely well worth a visit.
