Shake Down get's its name from the lovely shake siding on the house. Although this Gulf Front house sits a little bit further back from the beach than others around it the views from this house are still unbelievable.

Large driveway, covered parking and outside shower. Short walking path to the beach. First Level: full kitchen, master bedroom and bath with a Jacuzzi tub. Tiled flooring throughout the living area. Living area has French doors leading out onto an open deck with a great view of the ocean. Living area has a TV with DVD/VCR and stereo. Screened porch and charcoal grill. Second Level: One bedroom with 2 sets of bunk bed (will sleep 4). The other bedroom with a queen bed. Both share a full bath. Open sun deck with gorgeous views of both the Gulf and Bay.

A 2500-acre beach park is located on the St. Joseph Peninsula and offers snorkeling, diving, fishing, boating, and sea kayaking. For those who are physically fit, there is a six-mile sand-hiking trail through the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to the northern tip of Cape San Blas.
