Living room and dining room, kitchen, and one queen bedroom with private bath plus a hallway powder room are on the main floor, which is elevated to maximize views and to provide covered parking beneath the house. The top floor has a king bedroom with private bath and a queen bedroom, both of which open onto porch overlooking Gulf. Plus, a sunny bedroom with twin beds, laundry room, and hallway bathroom are on the top floor.

The tide here is usually low, making Cape San Blas perfect for swimming. A 2500-acre beach park is located on the St. Joseph Peninsula and offers snorkeling, diving, fishing, boating, and sea kayaking. For those who are physically fit, there is a six-mile sand-hiking trail through the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to the northern tip of Cape San Blas.
