CAPE CORAL VACATION VILLA DESCRIPTION

Located in a great neighborhood in Southwest Cape Coral south of Cape Coral Pkwy, the home impresses with its remarkable color scheme in beige and warm brown. Clean lines and almost ascetic decorations create a modern ambience. The living room features a large leather sofa in crème and allows beautiful views across the pool deck towards the wide canal, while the entertainment center contains a huge Samsung LCD TV and a high-end HiFi system. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a separate breakfast nook, open up from the living room.

3 bedrooms are available to guests, with a King size bed in the master suite. The master bath, held almost entirely in white, contains a walk-in shower, separate tub, two walk-in closets and double sinks. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the second bathroom, which features a shower.

The most important “room” in Florida is of course the pool area, which is particularly spacious and includes an electrically heated pool. If you’re up early, watch the beautiful sunrise across the canal, and enjoy the spectacular water views anytime.
