CAPE CORAL VACATION VILLA DESCRIPTION

This spacious two-story mansion with its west-facing patio was completely remodeled in 2011 and newly furnished and decorated the same year. A cheerful maritime color scheme in décor and accessories turns the entire home into a true vacation destination. The large pool area gets plenty of sunshine and offers no less than 8 lounge cushioned chairs, a dining area suitable for 8, and of course a BBQ grill.

The view across the wide canal is especially impressive at sunset. A new, energy efficient heat pump keeps the waterfall pool just at the right temperature, even during the winter months. Why not celebrate the sunset with a sundowner under the Tiki hut on the spacious dock. It is bound to be one of the day’s highlights.

Soaring ceilings in the foyer, dining room, kitchen and the living rooms on both floors create an airy atmosphere. The natural wood kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and upscale granite countertops. On the first floor, guests will not only find a spacious living room, dining room and breakfast nook as well as the kitchen with breakfast bar, but also the beautifully designed master suite featuring a mural painting, poster bed, and access to the pool area, two large walk-in closets plus a luxurious bathroom with tub and rain shower. The second bedroom is also located on the first floor. It includes a Queen size bed, large window, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower head.

The second floor contains a second living room as well as three additional bedrooms (featuring 1 King size and 2 Queen size beds), each decorated in a nautical theme. A large bathroom with double sink, tub with rain shower head and walk-in closet is shared by these bedrooms.

The technical equipment includes 5 flat screen TVs, wireless phones, wireless high speed internet, stereo system with surround sound and two separate A/C systems.
