The Villa is just 7km from Jomtien Beach and is right next to the Phoenix Golf club. Bangsaray is a short 10 minute drive away, as are Silverlake Vineyard, Alangkarn Theatre and the Floating market. The famous Coco beach club restaurant is only 1km away, and the Rimpa Lapin is 3km away so you can always dine out in style with the finest cuisine.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms in total, two upstairs and two downstairs. All rooms have double beds and their very own ensuites. The two rooms upstairs have wardrobe facilities and they both lead out onto a large upstairs terrace, with fantastic views. The other two bedrooms are situated in the wonderful garden.

Bedrooms
There are five bathrooms in total, four of which are ensuite. The central bathroom is very spacious and luxurious, with all the modern fittings and is conveniently located in the living area. All of the ensuite bathrooms have glass-encased showers, western toilets and wash basins.

Dining Room
The spacious dining area is conveniently situated near to the kitchen and has a wooden dining table that can seat up to six people. There is also a garden Sala, perfect for when you want to dine Al fresco.

Kitchen
The kitchen is located on the ground level and is equipped with top class appliances, situated around a large central breakfast bar, such as a oven, microwave, grill, fridge, dishwasher, rice cooker, toaster, 4-ring electric hob and coffee making facilities.

Living Rooms
The spacious lounge is perfect for catching that soothing tropical breeze. There is an L-shape settee where you can sit back and relax whilst gazing upon the gorgeous garden and glistening lake outside. For when you want a different type of view there is a large LCD flat-screen TV with satellite TV channels and a Philips DVD player. You can watch anything you want, whenever you want.
