The villa is located in the south side of Koh Samui near a butterfly farm and just yards from a beach. Many other beaches are also close by and there are top quality restaurants within walking distance of the villa. Lamai with its restaurants and nightlife is 5 km away.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms are located in their own separate buildings. The upstairs bedroom comes with king size bed and en suite bathroom, and the downstairs bedroom overlooks the pool and patio and also has a king-size bed.

Bathrooms
The upstairs en suite bathroom has a shower, WC, basin and nice views of the trees outside. The downstairs bedroom has an en suite with shower, and a separate room with a stone bath.

Dining Room
The dining area has a table and chairs for four and there is also the attractive option of dining semi al fresco in the attractive outdoor living room with its vaulted high ceilings.

Kitchen
The spacious and modern kitchen has all the appliances you need for easy self-catering, including a refrigerator/freezer, blender, microwave, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, two-ring gas hob and single electric ring.

Living Rooms
The open-sided living room is well-furnished with large sofas and a flat-screen TV with international channels and a DVD player for watching holiday movies. The room’s ceiling fans and open character add to the special tropical atmosphere.
