The second building holds its own living room and dining room, as well as a full kitchen and terrace. The property can also be accessed by those who use wheelchairs. Another noteworthy feature of the Santi Thani Villa is an outdoor Jacuzzi that sits on the balcony of the master bathroom.

The Santi Thani Villa is located within 1 km of Koh Samui’s north side beach, Bang Por. Local and international dining options are also just 1 km away, as well as a massage retreat and golf course. Adding to the convenient location is Chaweng, which is a mere 5 minute car ride away.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
With total of three bedrooms, Santi Thai Villa can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. The main house has two bedrooms and the third is in the guest house. Each room has a double beds, air-conditioning, balcony/terraces and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a television.

Bathrooms
The three bathrooms are all ensuite and have showers, toilets and a wash basin. The master bathroom has a raised outdoor area with a spacious Jacuzzi that is private.

Dining room
The main dining area is in the main house and there are more casual style dining options such as the sala, the outdoor terrace and the guest house.

Kitchen
The villa has two kitchens. One is attached to the main house and the second in the guest house. The main kitchen is spacious and built to European standards and has an oven, microwave, refrigerator and four-ring stovetop. The second kitchen is slightly smaller but owns a microwave, refrigerator, toaster and a four-ring stovetop.

Living rooms
The property has two living rooms; one main lounge area is in the main house and is ideal to entertain the whole family. The living room includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a wide selection of international TV channels. The second lounge is in the guest building and has its own TV and international cable channels.
