Sun & Sea Villa in Vilamoura has been designed to a very high standard and is composed of 10 suites, 6 are located on the 1st floor and 4 on the ground floor. Sun & Sea is an ideal setting for up to 20 members of family or groups of friends.
The 2,000 m2 plot has an open-air restaurant and bar and a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck. There is volleyball on sandy court, 2 BBQ's (coal and gas), 4K Cinema Room with superior Sound System and comfortable sofas and even a fully equipped Gym.

Sun & Sea villa is composed of 10 suites, six are located in the 1st floor and the other four are located on the ground floor. The large master suite has a grand bath tub with glass and LED lights.

From April to October, a municipal tourist tax of 2 euros per person, per night is charged. From November to March, the amount drops to 1 euro per night per person. The tax is payable up to 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.

The villa comprises 10 generous suites, 6 located on the 1st floor and the other 4 located on the ground floor. The 38 sqm. master suite contains a large bath tub with glass and LED lights.
The bedrooms come with contemporary furniture along with some objects from local artisans.
All the suites have a smart TV connected to the Internet so you can stream contents from Netflix or from other sources. There is an excellent sound system and even the bathrooms contain speakers. Most of the bathrooms come with walk-through showers for easy access.

Inside there is a 4K Cinema Room with superior Sound System that includes bluetooth connectivity and comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoy movie from the digital video library and have fun with family and friends. There is also a fully equipped gym and yoga studio and a sports and games room with area for use as a private club for tenants with live band and dance floor.

The dining areas have seats for 20 people and both overlook the stunning garden outside.
