The house nestles in the centre of a fig orchard, with panoramic views of the sea and around to the Monchique Mountains in the North. The 11 x 5m heated swimming pool is surrounded by large terraces and includes a BBQ, pergola, shower and ample pool side furniture in a peaceful rural location.

The holiday villa accommodation comprises of a large lounge and dining room, equipped with satellite TV, DVD, internet and music centre, with wood burning stove for winter use. Well equipped kitchen and separate utility area. There are two ground floor twin bedrooms with en suite bathroom or shower room and a further double bedroom with en suite shower room. The Master bedroom is situated on the first floor, offering a separate lounge, large balcony and en suite bathroom. From the balcony there is an exterior staircase leading to the circular terrace below and pool area. Maid service is provided 5 days per week and pool cleaning twice per week.
