Three have king size beds and the fourth (with the most expansive vista and fanciful bathroom) is a private office with a queen size sofa bed,  ideal for a teenager or single adult. Each elegant bathroom offers the opportunity to indulge the fantasy of showering with a view of the sea. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to the outdoors on the ocean side of the house, which blurs the distinction between the indoors and outdoors. Two of the four large and inviting terraces lead the eye to where the heated infinity pool blends seamlessly with the sparkling water of the bay below, the perfect place to savor a fine chardonnay and to watch Vallarta's famous sunsets. Casa Joanne comes staffed with a maid and gardener. A cook and/or driver and houseman can be added to the staff for an additional fee.
