The villa is a brand-new building with luxury finishings, ready to open its doors for its first tourist season in 2010. Paying attention to every detail, we have created a pleasant ambience equipped with every modern convenience and suitable for families with children, from a minimum of 4/6 people to a maximum of 12. It is furnished in the rustic Tuscan style, with carefully selected furniture and fittings and bright, cosy rooms.The floors are covered with Tuscan tiles; the ceilings are done in wood beams enriched by small Tuscan terracotta vaults. The villa comprises two large apartments, which are identical as regards both interior set-up and furnishings: the only difference is the colour scheme of the Tuscan kitchens: one is decorated in red and one in cream, but both are fully equipped. These two units can also be let separately. Villa Toscana has a large garden, which we have equipped with tables, chairs, sun beds, barbecue grills and gazebos for eating outdoors in comfort.There is a play area set up for our younger guests, as well as a private car park. The brand-new swimming pool has a large solarium set up with tropical-style beach umbrellas and comfortable sun beds to ensure our guests’ complete relaxation. We believe in the importance of advanced technology, and so have chosen a sunken saltwater swimming pool with Roman-style steps, suitable for both children and adults.
