This villa is located in the protected coastal area of Plemmirio, in a quiet residential area. The property has been furnished and decorated in a simple, rustic style and comprises of a main structure (sleeps 4) and a further annex (sleeps 3). Set within the gardens, there is also a private swimming pool. Two larges gates provide access to the driveway of the property where it is possible to park. A stone mosaic driveway then leads to the main villa.
Main Villa
The main entrance leads into an open plan lounge / diner / kitchen. Also on the ground floor there is a cloakroom with toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.
The bedrooms are all located on the first floor Which is accessed via a curved staircase from the lounge.
Annexe
The annex is situated next to the main house and is laid out on one level. The accommodation offers a lounge furnished and a small kitchen area accessed from the lounge. A door from the kitchen area provides access to a bathroom.
The villa offers a well maintained garden with lawn area, palms and local plants and shrubs along with several areas to relax or eat.
At Garden There is a gazebo with wicker table and chairs and a barbeque area with wood burning oven and sink unit. Within the garden there is a small swimming pool with sun-loungers. There is a large roof terrace furnished with table and chairs above the annexe. The annex also includes its own small veranda with table and chairs.
