The 4 luxurious Presidential Suites have an area of about 160 sq.m. each, and provide luxury and comfort, along with all modern facilities in a unique environment.
Characterized by traditional cycladic-style with modern decor, the suites include a private pool, hot tub and large furnished sun terrace with unlimited sea and Caldera view.

Each villa is divided in 3 floors: the living room is on the ground floor, while the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 1st floor, ground floor and semi-underground level.
All four of our villas have three bedrooms each and a gym, a private garden with a heated swimming pool & hot tub (29?C / 84?F) all season round. The villas are located on the volcano rim facing the unique view of the Santorinian Caldera.
