Location
Mas de Peyrougier lies 1.5 miles from the village of Meounes les Montrieux. These 34 private homes are situated on a mountain slope, each on a large plot at varying altitudes. They are very private with minimal visibility from the neighbours. This house lies in a wooded, quiet area at an altitude of 330 meters. The house has terraces to the south and west (with wonderful views) and a private swimming pool which is open from April till October. There is a common swimming pool which is open from the 15th of June till the 15th of September.

Interior
This house is fully furnished and contains all the modern conveniences. There is a TV with satellite dish for Europe-wide reception. You may use the piano (If you would like to use it, please ask in advance). On the other side there is a comfortable sitting corner with a fireplace. The couch can be converted into a double bed. At the back of the house there is a large dining kitchen with modern equipment like a dishwasher and microwave oven. You have a washing machine at your disposal as well. There are possibilities for table tennis and table soccer. On the terrace stands a barbecue. The house has three bedrooms with a total of 8 beds plus the sofa bed in the living room: this makes 10 sleeping places! There are two bathrooms, one of which has a shower and toilet. The other has a shower, bathtub and double sink. A separate second toilet is located on the landing. Adding a cot is also possible. In the garden children can play on the swing or slide.

Surroundings
Shopping can be done in the neighboring villages of Meounes and Gareoult (2.5 miles). You will find a bakery, supermarkets and restaurants there. In the larger towns of Toulon, Brignoles and Hyeres (30 minutes away by car) you will find restaurants, entertainment possibilities and of course plenty of shopping facilities. Hyeres is an excellent place for diving. The underwater flora and fauna are beautiful here.
