This modern luxury accommodation has 3 double bedrooms: two of them on the upper floor, with two single beds each, and a complete bathroom with bathtub. Both rooms have access to a balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The master bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. It has large sliding doors that provide direct access to the outside area.

Inside Salobre Villa 6 you will find a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dryer. It also has a cosy living room with Smart TV with satellite connection, a dining area and a toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The exterior of this villa has an outdoor dining area, a rest area, a built in barbecue, a natural grass area with sun beds and a large private swimming pool that can be heated (with a supplement).

The services included in the price are:
Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
A deposit of 450 euros is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
