This villa is split level design with the two bedrooms downstairs and the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen upstairs. The third bedroom is a self contained cottage near the main house. The living room has an upstairs wrap around terrace for comfortable and breezy outdoor living with views of the ocean and the resort (the only Club Villa with such a terrace). The living room is equipped with ceiling fans, Plasma TV with cable, DVD player, VCR and stereo. The upstairs patio is complete with a wine bar and BBQ. All bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans and all contain ensuite bathrooms and hairdryers. The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, safe and the bathroom contains a tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size bed and the bathroom contains a shower only. The cottage (complete with a small fridge and kettle) has twin beds that can be made as one if required. It also has a TV and shower only in the ensuite bathroom. The villa also contains a spa pool in the courtyard. This deluxe 3 bedroom is located in Forest Hills where they will have use of the communal pool for Forest Hills Guests only.

Royal Westmoreland is an 18 Hole gated Gold Resort. All guests staying on the resort will have access to the facilities which include flood lit tennis courts, gym, communal pool, restaurant and of course golf (Golf at special guest rates). There is also access through the Colony Club Hotel onto the beach where beach chairs are provided.
