Scenic Motel is located right in the middle of Townsend. Belinda & Terry of Riverstone Lodge Purchased this Motel August of 2008 and we have made every atempt to make it as unique as Riverstone Lodge. First we have built a large wood deck across the front with a nice firepit. We have a campfire every night which everyone just loves. Roasting marshmellows, hot dogs & making smores is just awsome. Plenty of outdoor furiture on deck making it comfortable to relax and watch the old cars & motorcycles riding by. Really nice, private swimming pool clean & beautiful. Rocking chairs outside each room to relax in. We are within just minutes of everything to do here in the Smokies. We are 1 mile from the entrance to the National Park. Cades Cove is aprox. 8 miles from here. Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg are less that a 30 minute beautiful drive. This is just a great place. Not the hilton but who cares. One rule: have a great day!
