It has hardwood floors and a ceiling fan, and its own TV. There is also a private en suite bath with a dual vanity that features a claw-footed tub and separate shower. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity. The twin bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. In addition, there is a small deck on the second floor, with wonderful neighborhood views.

This home is located in the Villages at Seabrook. This nice community offers a neighborhood swimming pool and covered lagoon-side picnic area located across the main street (about 50 yards away), and is within close walking distance of the Equestrian Center and Tennis Center. This beautiful home is a bike ride from the beach or Bohicket Marina Village. Guests of this home do have the option of using the Seabrook Island Club facilities.
