It is peaceful, beautiful, and has a bedroom/sunroom with a queen-sized bed and a large closet, with another queen-sized bed in the main room. The full bath and shower is finished with Mexican tile. There is a fully equipped kitchen with spacious living area. On two sides the house looks out on a large lawn area with a gazebo, and its own large covered front porch furnished with chairs, and rockers. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking.

One can hike extensively from the house, and there are numerous trails nearby, including the Nambe River and Nambe Falls trails. There is skiing at Pajarito, Santa Fe, and Taos. Within minutes of the house are several good restaurants, the Cities of Gold Casino, Towa Golf Course, a supermarket, a Laundromat, video rental, and The Wellness Center with racquetball courts, a pool, saunas, workout rooms, and a gym.
