Nice flat lot just 13 stairs up from the lake -- beautiful clear water, the foothills of the White Mountains in the distance -- beautiful foliage in fall! A grill in the yard, and a horseshoe court on the back lot! A separate Guesthouse to use as playhouse for children or bunkhouse for teens. Our renters often come back year after year to this very special place. A dog is OK with special permission from owner. Stone fireplace in living room and monitor heater in kitchen take the chill off on fall mornings.
