This three bedroom, two bath home comfortably sleeps six.  The home is on a large lot with mature trees that help give you privacy in the backyard.  The living area has a sofa, loveseat plus chair and ottoman in shades of blue that complement the area rug.  You'll also find cable TV, a VCR and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher plus other convenient appliances.   The dining area seats six and is adjacent to the living area.  There's also an outdoor shower, barbecue grill, beach chairs and parking for three cars.   The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a beautiful star-patch quilt, desk, chair plus nightstand and lamps.  The second bedroom has a double bed and a patchwork quilt with lighthouses and sailboats.  The third bedroom has two twin beds with rose print quilts and framed artwork.  All bedrooms have air conditioning units in them.

It's just a short walk to Red River Beach from this location or try your hand at fishing, kayaking or canoeing in nearby Skinequit Pond.  The area offers seven villages for boating, beaches, dining and shopping plus galleries and attractions.
