One of the other 2 bedrooms has a set twin-size beds and the other another queen bed; both share a large bath. For your convenience, there is also a laundry located on this floor. A custom oak stairway connects to the spectacular second-level living area. This track-lit, beamed cathedral-ceiling room has nearly floor to ceiling triple-windows. There is a fireplace at one end and a large-fanned skylit dining room at the other.   A fully applianced European kitchen & snack bar which is open to the solarium w/a new sofa bed & an exterior wrap-around deck. Outside is an enclosed hot/cold shower & storage room. Designed with the bedrooms on the first-level & main living area on the second this reverse living offers guests unparalleled views of the water and island landscape.

Guests can enjoy long walks, canoeing, nature trails, total privacy, great fishing off nearby beach or on private charters. Also we are near good clamming areas and have equipment for our renter's use.
