Bay Breeze House is the ultimate in Luxury Island living, whilst still enjoying a vacation resort atmosphere. As it's name suggests, you can sunbathe, sit and relax or even grill on your own large private deck, whilst overlooking the waters of Heron Lagoon and feeling the bay breeze. Pets are welcome at a cost of $50 per pet, in a 1 bedroom and $75 per pet in a 2 or 3 bedroom.

This spacious ground floor cottage offers a large comfortable lounge area with views over the tranquil waters of Heron Lagoon. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, features a breakfast bar and family dining table. Views of the heated swimming pool are also available. The master bedroom has a superior king size bed and a shower en suite. The second bedroom has 2 twins, and the second bathroom has a tub/shower. As an option the den room is used as a third bedroom with a roll out sofa bed. Also, the lounge offers a roll out sofa bed too.

Banana Bay Club has Turtle Beach half a mile south with Crescent and Siesta Beach to the North. Crescent Beach is famous for its soft white sand, winning the "World‘s Finest and Whitest" beach. The amenities include lifeguards, concessions, picnic tables & grills, rest rooms and showers. Volleyball courts, 4 tennis courts and a playground shaded by Australian pines. Parking is free. Turtle Beach is smaller, less crowded and perfect for shell collecting and capturing a sunset. Siesta Key has numerous restaurants and bars to visit, some within walking distance. Over the bridge in Sarasota there are a wide variety of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, respected art museums, and an abundance of shopping malls. The choices available here are what makes us so appealing to travelers of all ages, in all seasons. Local businesses offer sailing, dolphin watching, boat rentals, fishing and parasailing trips. There are a variety of crazy golf courses, along with a selection of classic golf courses framed by mature trees, and scenic lagoons with instruction, clubhouse and dining facilities.
