The villa features an open-plan living/dining area. A rich wood table seats eight guests with French doors that overlook the pool and Caribbean Sea. All of the bedrooms feature remote controlled, individually zoned air-conditioning units as well as ceiling fans. All of the bedrooms have French doors leading out onto one of two side patios or onto the rear pool patio. Additional amenities include surround-sound stereo in the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as on the pool/patio area. Five Little Cays House’s has a private pool  with built-in lounge shelves for sitting immersed in water while sunbathing or reading. A private pathway leads from the pool/patio area down to the private beach.
