The laundry is in an outside shed and has an automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. The garden is tranquility plus and there is a lovely area with aluminum table, chairs umbrella and gas BBQ ideal for alfresco dining. Ample parking in the rear can accommodate boats. Coromandel Town is a quaint village renowned for its vibrant arts and crafts and gold mining history. This pioneering town has a range of shops including a variety of cafés and restaurants. The west coast of the peninsula has spectacular hill and coastal scenery and is known for its unique forest and bird life. There are mussel farms, museum and gold stamper battery, golf club, train rides, aero club, garden trail, art and craft galleries and has two popular summer festivals every year. Good fishing, swimming and boating and there are many walking tracks. Wyuna Bay has one of the best beaches on the west coast with safe swimming located at the end of its own little peninsula.
