The house features some wooden panelled walls, it is carpeted in the living room and bedrooms and has lino with rugs in other areas, there are fabric drapes or roman blinds on the windows. The four bedrooms are upstairs and each contain a queen sized bed, three have a set of drawers and one has two bedside cabinets. An ensuite bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.

Amenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store.
