This holiday home is located on the hillside at the eastern end of the beach with views taking in the entire length of Hot Water Beach  Approximately 250 meters or a 3 minute walk down the cul de sac to the beach for plenty of fun in the sun.

This three bedroom, 1 bath home sleeps 6 if including small children using 2 sets of bunk beds (master bedroom has a queen bed).  French doors lead to verandas front and side and outdoor furniture includes a picnic table, 3 chairs and a bench seat and barbecue. The section offers good shady areas underneath the enormous pohutukawa trees.

Surrounding Description

There is a local shop/ cafe but it is CLOSED during the winter months. Opens early October for spring and summer only.  The shop sells ice creams/ toasted sandwiches and coffee etc.  The nearest store for milk/ bread and other supplies is in Hahei and there is a national chain supermarket, New World in Whitianga.

Dig in the sand at Hot Water Beach and find warm water to create your own spa pool however swimming in the water of Hot Water Beach may be dangerous so please use caution even if you are a strong swimmer.
