A 3 bedroom, early Lockwood style home with a large north facing deck, bush and seaviews, neat and tidy, warm & sunny house with mostly new furniture, located 100 meters from the beach or a 2 minute stroll down the hill, close to the Store.

Linoleum floors with rugs, fabric curtains, wood paneled walls throughout, ranch sliders lead to the deck from the lounge/dining area and from the master bedroom. The bedrooms are all modestly sized, internal doors considered unnecessary, each have dressers and wardrobes, layouts include one double with bedside tables and lamps, bedrooms two and three each contain a new set of single bunks. The open plan lounge/dining contains cane furniture with fabric cushions and consists of a two seater and a three seater couch, armchair and coffee table. There is also a 14” color television, DVD player, mini system stereo with radio/cassette, two side tables and a bean bag. The dining area includes a steel framed, formica table and 4 steel framed, fabric covered chairs. There is an oil column heater for any cooler evenings.Surrounding Description
The largest settlement of holiday homes along this coastline, there is 4.5 kms of long white sandy beach which is gently sloping and very safe for children and is excellent for boogie-boarding. Amenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store.Nearby Attractions Description
There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families. There is a boat ramp onto the Whangapoua harbor and an air landing strip.Photos
