An "A" Frame cottage located on the beachfront in bush at the southern end of Snells Beach, just one hour north of central Auckland. It is only a very short walk down your own path to the beach from the deck. You will enjoy this private location with the sound of birds and waves for company from the north facing deck with private views across Kawau Bay. Snells Beach has two concrete launching ramps and the Mahurangi area has excellent boating facilities.

This holiday home features five single beds, two upstairs in the mezzanine area and three in the bedroom off the living area, a couch that folds down into a double bed, an open wood burning fireplace, TV, a small mini system, a full kitchen, fridge/freezer, the laundry area has a tub, but no washing machine. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and vanity. There is off street parking for two cars next to the house. There is a formed vehicular access to the bottom of the property where a boat/trailer can be left on the grassed area. There is a sun umbrella for use on the deck.Surrounding Description
