Casa Tlalolcan is a two level property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  Bedrooms are in the upper level and they are air conditioned. They feature ceiling fans and a wonderful ocean view. Master bedroom has one king size bed, a second bedroom features 2 double beds, and the third one offers 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a complete bathroom and two of them, a bath tub.

There is a nice, large swimming pool at the back of the villa, where a furnished patio and a terrace are located. For you comfort, beach chairs surround the swimming pool and hammocks are provided to ensure more relaxation.

Playa del Carmen is very centrally located. It is a quick  drive to Cancun as well as to the ruins of Tulum. Cozumel Island is a short ferry ride. The eco-waterpark, Xcaret, is only 5 miles away and the fantastic Xel-ha eco park about 35 miles from Playa del Carmen.
