Playacar is a resort community connected to the southern edge of Playa del Carmen.  The resort is on the beach and stone paved avenues with tropical landscaping.  Playacar is a residential beachfront resort with a golf course and is adjacent to Playa del Carmen town.

Casa Chaac has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.  Downstairs, 2 bedrooms have king size beds and one has a double bed. Upstairs, the huge loft functions as a lovely bedroom with 4 twin beds (2 of the 4 twin beds can be converted to double beds). Each bedroom has its own private complete bathroom. Downstairs bedrooms have a nice ocean view. The bedrooms have their own mini split air conditioning system.

Surrounding Description

You can access the backyard directly from the living area by sliding the glass door. The backyard is entirely covered and has several beach chairs placed around the semi circular pool.

Nearby Attractions Description

Playa del Carmen is very centrally located. It is a quick  drive to Cancun as well as to the ruins of Tulum. Cozumel Island is a short ferry ride. The eco-waterpark, Xcaret, is only 5 miles away and the fantastic Xel-ha eco park about 35 miles from Playa del Carmen.
