It is located in the private Playacar Phase I residential community, just a short walk to the ferry to Cozumel and downtown Playa del Carmen and is only about 20 yards away from the ocean. Just across the road, you will encounter the beautiful Caribbean Sea for which Playa del Carmen is well known. You will find the private pool next to the lovely, partly covered patio which is furnished and has a big BBQ grill.
