The location and design of Casa Las Brisas were chosen to provide a uniquely private, relaxing and comfortable alternative to the typical tourist destinations in Mexico.
The home has 4 bedrooms, all with a king-size bed and a twin bed, walk-in closets, spacious en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, an additional half bathroom, living room with satellite TV and stereo, dining room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.

The second floor features two bedrooms, an entertainment area with TV, stereo, and a large game room with a cantina, pool table, and various table top games. Both the downstairs patio and the upper balcony face the ocean and provide views of the beach through the palm trees as well as spectacular sunsets.

Each bedroom has a key-lock entry and a private security box. Nightly on-site security is provided.

There is an outside shower for rinsing off sand and saltwater or simply cooling off upon returning from the beach.
