Located on the water's edge 10 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, the villa is located between the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel and La Jolla de Mismaloya Resort and Spa and overlooks the famous Los Arcos rock formation. Two hundred yards away is a nice little beach that is usually deserted and the legendary Mismaloya Beach is only half a mile away. The villa also has its own private sandy area adjacent to the pool with lounges and a hammock under a shady palm tree.
