Located on the western tip of Jamaica, in Negril, Tensing pen has evolved into a unique collection of wood, thatch and cut-stone cottages. Set in a cultivated jungle of tropical plants each cottage features simple but elegant interiors crafted by local artisians from bamboo, mahogany, cedar and other local materials.

The Great House is the largest and most accommodating quarters that Tensing Pen has to offer. In addition to a full kitchen with housekeeper, there are 2 queen bedroom suites with full baths, a single bedroom and half bath. The generous living and dining area are open to the sea. Sleeps 5 persons comfortably. All rooms are equipped with refrigerators where you can have your favorite beer, wines, bottled waters, or sodas stocked (additional charge). A tropical continental-style breakfast is included daily for all guests and is served daily from 7-11 AM in our open-air kitchen. This complimentary meal consists of Jamaica's famous Blue Mountain coffee, assorted teas, seasonal tropical fruits, cereals, fresh orange juice, toast & jam.

Negril is lined with beach restaurants, bars and night clubs. The water is rather shallow for quite a ways out making it ideal for families, yet challenging enough for the avid swimmer. Music and parties break out regularly on the beach every night. It seems the party never ends there. Negril's cliffs are found at the end of the beach. There is still easy access to the water. It is prime for snorkeling and diving. One of the most popular things to do is to jump off the cliffs into the clear blue water.
