The entire ground floor is divided into large spaces: kitchen, family dining room and second larger dining room, bathroom with shower, laundry room with clotheswasher, family room and game room with DVD, VCR, stereo and PS1, and all of this opens to an enormous covered terrace with wood burning oven and the fenced in yard.There are two super sized dining areas where the entire group can sit down and enjoy a real home cooked Italian meal. There is a double faced fireplace which adds warmth and life to the room especially in those crisp cool off season days.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all the Tuscan meals you could dream up making - or having made for you! The eat in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a full sized oven and pots and pans to feed an army. The covered terrace has a table and chairs for everyone while they wait for the home made pizza to come out of the wood burning stove or for a meal prepared on the jumbo BBQ.
Outside of the kitchen door there is a family dinning table set up with a large shady umbrella and lights for evening meals. All four bedrooms are located on the first floor - two with double beds, one with three singles and one with four singles (these can be made also as a double plus a single and a double plus two singles respectively). There is an extra single perfect for young children and a crib for even younger children. There are two full bathrooms on the first floor, one with a tub and one with a shower.
