Sweet, cosy house in a small place, embedded between wonderful mountain-slopes. The small old village with few inhabitants pushes itself around the small church. The romantic and older house is placed in absolutely calm area obtain a contemplative atmosphere. The ground floor includs large a livin and dining room (with digital television, stereo system and DVD player, double sleep couch) with passage to a fire-place room.
A new kitchen in L-form connects again the fire-place room with the livingroom, it has dishwasher, american coffee machine, electrical baking-oven. On the outside there is a large, partially roofed veranda. Wood stairs lead into the first floor (on the stairs there is a small toilette):
2 bedrooms, one with direct entrance to the again reconditioned large bath with shower cubicle, the other with an exit on the upper veranda, from which again stairs lead into the garden; and a small studio. The affectionate and individual equipment is good and rich; central heating (gas). In a storage beside the house is the washing machine. Internet connection is planned. The house was almost completely reconditioned in the winter 2008/2009.
The small, but pretty garden is equipped with some beautiful external lamps, and has 2 entrances, one with private autoparking bay.



The next Ristorante/Pizzeria is only approx. 1.5 km far away, all supply installations and swimming pool can be found in Arrone (2.7 km), by the way a beautiful old place; good walking possibilities in the mountains (the Polino reaches 1232 m). The famous "Casacate delle Marmore" and the water sport lake Lago di Piediluco are about 10 km, Terni15 km far away (1 hour by train to Rome). House for up to 6 Pers.
