The Beach House overlooks its own private beach, the jetty with helipad, the Mount Hartman nature reserve and the secluded Mount Hartman Bay. There is plenty of good snorkeling in the bay and, nearby, are several dive schools. A vehicle is provided with the house and all food and drinks are included (wines, beers and soft drinks).

Set on its own private peninsula, the Mount Hartman Bay Estate looks across the water to the Mount Hartman Nature Reserve, home of the protected Grenada Dove. The bay itself is guarded by a series of coral reefs and is one of the most beautiful and sheltered in the Caribbean.From the moment you arrive, you'll be made to feel at home. The Estate is located on the end of a private promontory in three acres of gardens with trees, flowers, shrubs, and fruit and vegetables, which are used in the preparation of food for the property. Designed around an old beach bar, the Beach House has been completely rebuilt to be what people imagine a Caribbean Beach House to look like with white sand and palm trees, but with all the latest equipment and facilities. Each bedroom is huge and each of the en suite bathrooms has a choice of private indoor or outdoor showers.Amenities include: Sony Playstation, 42” Plasma TVs, 50” Plasma TV, 4 CD Players, 4 DVD Players, CD/DVD Movie Library, Bose Sound System, iPod Connection, Mosquito Nets, Reading Library, Airport Transfers, Bed Settees (for Children), Car, Food and Drinks (Wines, Beers, Soft Drinks).A staff of 17 is included with the rental including an estate manager, chef, asst. chef, kitchen staff, maitre d, asst. maitre d, bar staff, waiting staff, head housekeeper, 2 housekeepers, maids, gardeners, maintenance staff and security.It is also possible to book the whole Estate with the Estate House as well as the Beach House to cater for large parties.
