A stunning Guanacaste tree provides shade to the infinity pool, deck and outdoor shower.It is easy to doze off in the hammock on the terrace while listening to sound of the toucans, parakeets or various tropical birds.
The main house can accommodate 5 adults very comfortably(1Queen bed)in the master bedroom,(2 twin beds) in the second bedroom,also,an inflatable double size mattress is available for the upper floor.All bedrooms have fans,air conditioners and wall mounted hairdryer in the bathroom.
The kitchen is a delight and fit for gourmet cooking since the owner loves to cook and bake.Nothing is missing from a variety of utensils, serving dishes, pots&pans. blender, food processor and even spices , condiments and coffee are available for you.
A stainless steel gas BBQ is located near the 1BR house for casual cookouts.
The second level of both houses welcome you to a gorgeous view of "Isla Ballena"and the panoramic mountains. It is easy to watch the sunset with your favorite drink or simply relax watching TV or using your computer.
The 1 BR house is a mini version if the main house. You will enjoy the bedroom with a queen size bed, a kitchen fully equipped and the second floor furnished with a futon bed, TV, bistro table and chairs.
Casas Costa Ballena is only 1 KM from the fast growing village of Uvita that is booming with restaurants, 2 grocery stores, 2 pharmacies, 3 banks, a dentist, doctor,hairdresser and the Uvita Information Center.
