Downstairs, two bedrooms have a queen bed in each and individual AC units. The main living area downstairs has DirecTV, DVD and a 6 unit CD player stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar and a table for four. Upstairs the loft is designed to be used as an entertainment area for kids or adults alike, as well as sleeping quarters for the younger crowd. The loft and stair rails are high and solid. On one side, there are comfortable lounges, a TV/DVD, as well as books and family games. On the other, there are four foam mattresses that can be laid down on the floor.
